Introduction

Startup programs can be a significant drain on system performance and increase the time it takes your computer to completely start up. Removing some of these startup programs with Clever Startup Manager Free that are no longer in use or no longer needed can be helpful.

Step 1. Add New Startup Items

Launch Clever Startup Manager Free and click "Add" and the "New Run Item" window is activated. Click the "Section" dropdown menu to add new startup items to your startup folder, Run, Run Once, Run Services or other Registry keys. Enter the item name and browse the file path. You can also change Arguments used in the selected program. Click "OK" and this item will run at startup when you turn on your computer.
