You can edit the program entry and add some arguments for it with Clever Startup Manager Free.
Step 1. Edit Startup Item Entry
Launch Clever Startup Manager Free to choose an item you want to edit and click "Edit" to activate the startup entry editor. Click "Browse" to select a file as the new registry entry. Edit the "Arguments" used in the selected program if you like. Click "OK" and the item entry has been successfully edited.
